Skull and Sails currently has a MU of ~1.2K. This is much higher than the only other limited tire sticker at 'very common,' Freestyle, which has a MU of ~3.5K and is incredibly common to find in trading. Additionally, 'common' tire stickers such as Thing are at ~840 MU, and while this is lower than Skulls and Sails, Skulls and Sails is still much harder to find than 'common' would suggest. This item, while it is common to find in trading, no longer fits in 'very common,' and 'common' fits its actual rarity in trading better. Suggestion made by: @ricearoni2015
